Bike Rodeo: Pedal Palooza
Come to Civic Park for Pedal Palooza, a free all-ages Bike Rodeo with obstacle course activities, bike safety practice, local vendors, and giveaways. Bike rodeos are designed to help riders, especially kids and newer riders, build confidence in a fun, low-pressure setting. Participants can practice handling skills, learn about safe riding, and spend time with other families and community members celebrating Bike Month.
Pedal Palooza takes place Thursday, May 14, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the back field of Civic Park, 1375 Civic Drive, Walnut Creek. The event is organized by the City of Walnut Creek, and Walk Bike Walnut Creek will be there too. Bring a bike, bring a helmet, bring the kids, or just stop by to say hello and enjoy an afternoon of Bike to Wherever Day fun.
